Keith and Karen Evans Establish Endowed Scholarship Fund

LSU alumnus Keith Evans (BS Petroleum Engineering, 1980), along with his wife, LSU alumna Karen Evans (BS Business, 1979), have established the Earl and Maryanne Evans Scholarship for Engineering Excellence in honor of Mr. Evans' parents, Earl F. Evans (BS Business, 1949) and Maryanne Matula Evans. The Evans’ endowment fund has been designated to the College of Engineering’s newly established Women in Engineering Program (WEP) and will be used to award scholarships to talented female students pursuing engineering degrees at LSU.
