Cathleen Dodge has been named Director of Development for the LSU College of Engineering. Cathy joins us from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where she was Director of Development for the College of Engineering since 2001. In this position, she was instrumental in successfully closing a $17.5 million gift, the largest gift in the University of Tennessee, Knoxville’s history. Cathy’s career spans 23 years and includes 10 years of working in public relations and marketing, followed by 13 in development and fundraising roles for academic institutions, not-for-profit organizations, and politicians. Cathy received her Bachelor of Science degree in journalism from the University of Maryland. Please join us in welcoming her to LSU.
