Shadow Day

The Louisiana State University College of Engineering Office for Diversity Programs hosted a Shadow Day on March 25, 2011! 

Shadow Day was a spectacular event designed to provide high school juniors and seniors an opportunity to gain first-hand experiences about the typical day of a college student majoring in any engineering discipline.  During the event, each high school student was assigned a collegiate mentor with whom he/she toured the campus with, attended classes and research labs with, ate lunch with, and much more.

Shadow Day was also a reunion for all 2008, 2009 and 2010 REHAMS and XCITE Participants who were eligible!

We hope that you will join us to get a further glimpse of your future at LSU!
