The College of Engineering at Louisiana State University established the Diversity Programs Office in January 2007 to allow for the development and expansion of the Pre-Collge, College and Faculty programs . The Board will report to the Associate Dean for Research and Diversity Programs. Currently, the Associate Dean is Dr. Kelly A. Rusch.
